What Kids Will Do
Each day is packed with movement, games, and skill-building activities designed to keep kids engaged and excited:
- Foundational movement skills
- Team-building relays and games
- Balance & coordination drills
- Strength & conditioning (age-appropriate and fun!)
- Nutrition basics & healthy habits
- FUN, FRIENDS & MORE!
Our goal is to help young athletes develop strength, confidence, coordination, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits—all while having a blast.

Weekly Camp Options
Choose one week or multiple weeks! All weeks will be unique and can be done independently. However, weeks 1 & 3 will focus on more basic skill building, while weeks 2 & 4 will add more complex skills. Pairing these weeks (1 & 2 or 3 & 4) is a great way for your little athlete to progress!
