Forrest's favorite thing about coaching is guiding athletes to create and achieve their goals, in and out of the gym. It's equally thrilling for him to see people PR and learn new movements, as it is to hear of people living to their fullest outside the gym.

 

Forrest's favorite movements to coach are the deadlift and clean & jerk. 

 

His favorite type of workout is anything with a barbell or  interval training. 

 

While not in the gym, Forrest loves exploring Austin and enjoying all it has to offer with his wife, Abigail.
